Refunds are available for 30 calendar days from your purchase date. The sign must be in the same condition that you received it in, and undamaged by you in any way after delivery.

If you find the sign is damaged upon delivery, then please forward to me photograph evidence clearly showing the damage as soon as possible so we can agree a way forward.

I may request the sign be returned to me and give a full refund including the return postage or offer you a replacement sign if I have one available.

Signs that are undamaged upon delivery and you wish to return must be returned in their original condition and packaged to an equal standard as when it was received by you.

Return postage cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Once I receive the returned sign and I will refund the original purchase price via PayPal.

Any returns initiated after 30 calendar days have passed, will not be eligible for a refund.
